Delete your data

Two ways to remove what you imported: yourself, at once, or by asking us.

In short

  • In the app: Settings, then “Delete imported data”. It is removed at once.
  • By email: write to privacy@askaldus.com. Deletion is completed within 72 hours.
  • Your report files were never uploaded, so there are none to delete.

In the app, at once

  1. Sign in as the owner of the workspace and open Settings.
  2. Under Data, choose “Delete imported data”.
  3. Type the name of the workspace to confirm.
Removed
Every import, your ledger and your catalog.
Kept
Your account, your plan and the workspace itself.
When
At once. It cannot be undone.
Who
The owner of the workspace.

By email, within 72 hours

  1. Write to privacy@askaldus.com from the address you sign in with.
  2. Say what to delete: your imported data, or your account and everything in it.
  3. We complete the deletion within 72 hours of your request and tell you when it is done.

Use this route to delete the account itself, or if you can no longer sign in.

Before you delete

  • Export your ledger as a file from Settings if you want a copy.
  • Your report files were never uploaded. If you kept them, you can import them again.

Advertising data

Planned

Ad spend reporting from Amazon Ads and Meta Ads is planned and is not available today. When it opens, ads data will be deleted within 72 hours of a request.
